Eligibility & Rental Agreement

Rentals are for riders 18 and older.
eFoil rentals require prior experience.
Foiling has a real learning curve, so we only rent to riders who can already get up and ride. If this is your first time, the best place to start is a lesson — most riders are flying their first session.
Equipment is rated up to 250 lbs (113 kg). You must be physically able to safely operate an eFoil.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER goFlySURF LLC
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. EQUIPMENT & USE
You are renting an eFoil electric hydrofoil surfboard and related equipment ("Equipment") from goFlySURF LLC. You agree to use the Equipment only in approved waterways and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not allow any third party to use the Equipment without express prior written consent from goFlySURF.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age. You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe operation of the Equipment.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that eFoiling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, equipment failure, adverse weather, and other unforeseen hazards. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold goFlySURF LLC, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Equipment, whether or not caused by negligence.
4. EQUIPMENT CARE & DAMAGE
You are responsible for the Equipment from pickup to return. You agree to return it in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted. You accept financial responsibility for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow goFlySURF's operating guidelines. A damage assessment will be conducted at return; you authorize goFlySURF to charge the card provided at booking for any assessed damage up to the equipment replacement value.
5. WEIGHT & SAFETY LIMITS
Equipment is rated for riders up to 250 lbs (113 kg). Operating above this limit may void the rental agreement and result in additional liability for damage. You agree to wear the provided life vest at all times while on the water.
6. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be charged a fee of up to the full rental amount at goFlySURF's discretion.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in Utah County, Utah.

Card payment: Your card is saved securely with Stripe. At pickup, a separate $500 security deposit hold is placed on your saved card. The hold is released when equipment is returned undamaged. Your card may be charged for any damage or loss — including amounts exceeding $500.
Cash / Venmo: The $100 deposit hold is forfeited for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours.
