COMMON FAQs

Do I need experience to book a lesson?

Zero experience needed. Our lessons are specifically designed for first-timers. Our SiFly boards are the most beginner-friendly efoils available. Most riders are flying within 15–30 minutes.

What's the minimum age and weight limit?

Minimum age is 12 years old. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian present. Maximum rider weight is 250 lbs for safety. Must be a competent swimmer.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear a swimsuit or board shorts. We provide helmet, life vest, and all safety equipment. Bring sunscreen, water, and a towel. You will get wet. Plan for it.

Can I rent without taking a lesson first?

Rentals are available for experienced efoil riders only. You'll need to demonstrate competent riding ability before we hand over the board. New to efoiling? Start with a lesson.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a week ahead for weekends, especially in peak season (May–September). Weekday availability is usually more flexible. You can book online 24/7.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before your session. Within 48 hours, we offer a reschedule credit valid for 12 months. We also monitor weather and will proactively reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
